CYW Law Firm has been introducing Privacy Policy since foundation. The Firm introduces the policy as the standard of managing client’s information. At the beginning of each case, questions raised and responses may contain private and confidential information. CYW Law Firm may also do research, check third party and review existing data and files to collect information related to each case. User of the website may also leave information on the website so that they can be contacted by our staff. This four-step standard supports our staff in managing client information, effectively and safely.

 
By having all our staffs adhere to this Policy, we ensure clients that from the submittal to the end of your case, and even beyond, your information is carefully managed and protected against unauthorized use or leak.




 

Creation

The collected information is edited in a way to track the progress of the case, and the edited information allows CYW Law Firm to assess and evaluate each case and decide the strategy or action the Firm may take, at any appropriate time and by any trained staff at the Firm.

Processing

As each case progresses, external and internal information start contributing and accumulating. The staff contributing to the case evaluate all available information during the progression and may consider whether a piece of new information is a relevant information. After communication with each client, the Firm and its staff may work out a different strategy and a different list of action from the original ones, and may have other thoughts. By doing so, the Firm processes the external and internal information

Storage

Unless otherwise stated, the information pertaining to each case is filed for three years since collection.

Retirement

We retire information in each case that we deem no longer needed. The information is then disposed of, environmentally and safely.
