CYW Law Firm introduces Quality Policy since foundation. The Policy consists of four elements and in each element, we ensure that the staff contributing in each case takes the steps and outputs according to the Policy.

Every year the management and its staff sign the document that helps all in the firm demonstrate their dedication to the Policy

Resources
The Firm supports the implementation of each case by introducing appropriate knowledge, experience, manpower and authorization. The first meeting with our client is preceded with a thorough examination to ensure the resources dedicated by the firm rightly support the success and progression of each case. The manager of the case may adjust the resources according to the development of the case when necessary.

Implementation
A manager supervises the progression of each case of the firm. The manager reviews the consideration and work done by the experienced staff of the case. Also, the experienced staff reviews the work and consideration done by the junior staff. The manager has several key milestones of the cases to ensure case integrity and completion. The manager escalates the discussion to the management whenever unanimity is not achieved.

Audit
The cases managed by a manager in the firm have equal chance of being selected for audit every year. The audit procedures taken are procedures the person who conducts the audit would take as if the person was the staff of the case guided by the Policy. That way, any discrepancies between the Policy and the taken actions of each case are observed and discovered.
